A majority of Francie Novar’s practice involves domestic cases. Most divorce cases are settled before trial, which is the preferred result not only because in a settlement the parties determine their own outcome, but also because settlement will normally save the parties time, money and unnecessary emotional distress. However, if your case does not settle Francie will provide aggressive representation, always with integrity.
“I had served on a jury for a guardianship case and was impressed with Francie’s depth of preparation for court and level of dedication to her client. I was later faced with a very tough guardianship case in my personal life, and it was Francie’s expertise and devotion to me and my granddaughter that resulted in a favorable outcome. ”
